The whole process of using Vesta can be broken down into three incredibly simple steps:

Step One: Put a drop of your saliva on the sensor using the little glass shovel that comes with Vesta.	Step Two: Press the button below the sensor.	a)	b)
		Step Three: Look at the two indicators above the sensor. There are two possibilities: a) The left red indicator lights up, which means that you are ovulating. b) The right green indicator lights up, which means that you are not ovulating.
